XDnet is a DUAL PHP web host, this means you can Choose which version of PHP you want your site to run as, by default the server is now running as PHP 5 however you can select which version, PHP 4 or PHP 5 vis your cPanel.

In cPanel (assuming you have access) you can see the PHP Configuration icon under Software/Services.

After you have selected "PHP Configuration" you will see a select field to select which version of PHP to run.

Select the version you wish to use and click "Update"

NOTE: XDnet suggests using PHP 5 and ensuring your PHP scripts are secure and run under PHP 5. Eventually PHP 4 will not be avalible on our server, particularly as PHP 6 is currently in development and will no doubt be released in the next few years.
