Q: How do I change my cPanel Password?

A: Users can change their cPanel password through our client system.

First, go to our Client Area

Login using your email and password provided at sign up.

Once you have successfully logged into the client area on the navigation on the left click My Hosting Packages.

Select the account/package you wish to change by clicking the "View Details" button.

On this page you will see your package details, as well as a change password form, enter your new password and click the "Update" button.

Note: If this process does not change your password, a error is shown or you have forgotten your password please contact support by opening a support ticket or emailing support@xdnet.co.uk
