What does Account Suspension mean?
| If you account is suspended for whatever reason, for example unpaid hosting fees, you account will become suspended. Suspension simply means that no web site pages are served to accounts, no FTP connections are accepted, and all email is blocked. What this means for you and your users: Web site, If you or any user tries to go to your website or view any of your pages or files on your web space they will see XDnet's Account Suspended page. Email, Any email sent to any of your accounts, or forwarders will automatically bounce, and you will not be able to receive email to your email accounts. FTP, Access to your account via ftp will be locked down meaning you cannot view/edit/delete any files in your web space, and any attempts to access the server will be refused. All these limitations are lifted when your account is unsuspended. If your account was automatically suspended because of unpaid hosting fees, once the invoice is marked as paid, which is done automatically when paying via PayPal your account is automatically unsuspended and you may resume normal usage. If your account was suspended by XDnet because it broke all or part of our Terms or Service once you have followed XDnet's instructions your account may be unsuspended, contact support for further information. |
