What this Garrentee means:

Shared Hosting:  If you are a shared hosting client and for whatever reason are unhappy with something with your account, and after discussing these concerns with Support in the appropriate manor, and are still not happy with the solution provided by XDnet you are entitled to a refund.

Resellers: If you are one of our clients with a Reseller account, and for whatever reason are unhappy with part of our service or product, which cannot be resolved after discussion with Support, you still do not belive the issue has been completely resolved you are entitled to a refund.

VPS/Dedicated: If you are a VPS or Dedicated client and are not happy with the support you receive, or have other issues with the service provided which cannot be resolved after appropriate discussions with support staff, you may be entitled to a partial refund.

This money back garrentee is only applicable if your reason for leaving XDnet is not because of your own behaviour e.g. corrupting the system files.

If the set up date of your account is more than 30 days before the date XDnet recieves your request for possible refund you may not be elligable for a refund.

XDnet reserves the right to refuse service, refunds in whole or part to any person at its own disgression.
