Uploading via FTP (File Transfer Protocal) is one of the easiest ways to upload files and media to your webspace.

You can use softwares like:

• FileZilla - Free (Recommended)
• SmartFTP
• CoreFTP - Free
• CuteFTP

Once you have chosen your selected FTP Client and have successfully installed it you will be required to enter your FTP login details.

 Host: YourDomain.Tld (This being your actual domain for your account.)

You will also be prompted to enter your Username and Password, this can be found in your welcome email and is the same as your cPanel login.

Note: If you have lost or misplaced your cPanel username or password please open a support ticket or email Support@xdnet.co.uk to recover your account.
