Q: Why is the server uptime low?

A: You may notice the server uptime is only a few days, this is generally because Apache, the server software used has been refreshed or restarted recently after server upgrades or major changes, and this is nothing to worry about. Often when the server is refreshed like this it causes little to no downtime for your website and is just us making the server more reliable and ensuring it runs smoothly.

Note: XDnet firmly belive in keeping our clients "in the loop" and do our best to notify all uses via the news page, when and why, on the rare occasions we have downtime.
