Q: How do I upgrade/downgrade?

Shared Hosting:

A: Shared hosting users can easily and instantly upgrade to and from any shared package through the client area.

First navigate to the Client Area.

Login using the email and password associated with your account.

Now you can go to My Hosting Packages where you can view all hosting packages you have associated with your account.

Click the "View Details" button next to the package you wish to upgrade/downgrade.

Here you can view details about your account including Disk Space and Bandwidth usage, under the package details you will see another button labeled  "Upgrade/Downgrade Package" once you have clicked this you will see the selection of other shared packages.

Select the package you wish to upgrade/downgrade to and select the payment period using the select field, and click "Continue >>"

Here you will see the break down of your payment, please proceed.

Once you have proceeded you will be issued with an invioce for the cost of upgrade, once this has been successfully paid you will be upgarded/downgraded automatically.

Reseller, VPS and Dedicated users should contact Support to have their account upgraded.
