What does "unlimited" mean?
| Firstly, there is NO such thing as unlimited on anything. Any host which offers unlimited space or transfer is overselling, which XDnet is strongly against.
However you may see some of our package have "unlimited" email accounts, email forwarders, mysql databases, subdomains, or parked and add-on domains.
You may use as many as you need but only as long as your diskspace, bandwidth and system resources usage remains within your packages limits.
Why does the site details say unlimited but my cpanel has a set figure?
Some users may be on packages which advertise an unlimited number of a particular resource or feature, but cPanel shows a limit, dont worry if you need to use more than the number preset in cPanel your account limits WILL be riaised free of charge as needed, this process just allows us to be more aware of our users usage so we can ensure you the best possibly hosting experiance!
