What do I do if my ISP blocks the regular SMTP Port 25?

Q: What do I do if my ISP blocks the regular SMTP Port 25?

A: It is becoming more and more common for ISP's to block port 25 - The default SMTP port - which means you cannot send emails via this port, however we have the solution.

If you come across this problem, XDnet have also enabled port 26 for SMTP so you can simply change your SMTP port from the default 25 to 26.

For more information about how to change the SMTP port please contact support via support@xdnet.co.uk or open a ticket.
