Q: Can i get a refund on my domain?

A: No, charges for domain name renewal/registration are non-refundable as you own the domain name for the paid term. You should understand that this is not because XDnet doesn't want to issue a refund it is because domain name renewal/registration is irreversible, meaning the money paid for the domain name non-refundable.
