Q: I uploaded new version of file, but I'm still seeing the old one?

A: There are a few reasons this might occur.

First, and most commonly, the file has been cached in your web browser (every time you visit a page or look at an image your browser has to download if for you to view it and sometimes stores this and displays it instead of redownloading it to be displayed) and you need to clear out your web browser cache.

If you have cleared out your cache, and you're still seeing the problem, most likely your Internet Service Provider has a caching server, and you need to contact them to have them clear out your cache.
