Account Upgrades:

3.3.5 Account upgrades generally incur no service charge, as does general account modifications and alterations at the customer's request; however XDnet reserves the right to request small charges for these actions at its sole discreation."

Account Downgrades:

3.3.6 Account downgrades on shared hosting accounts will incur a £5 service fee. Account downgrades on reseller hosting accounts will incur a £10 service fee. All account downgrades must be submitted via support ticket to XDnet a minimum of 7 days before the next scheduled billing date. Downgrade requests made after the 7 day cut-off will likely be billed the regular monthly fee and the downgraded monthly package will be applied after the next scheduled billing, Customers should contact support for more details."
