Q: What is XDnet's Cancellation policy?

A: XDnet's Cancellation Policy is on a case by case basis, in accordance with out terms (Term 5.x) refunds will not include transaction charges, domain fees or the like.

If you decide to cancel your account after pre-paying for a select period of time, e.g. Paying for a Year and cancelling after 6 months, XDnet reserves the right to not provide refunds, and any refunds provided should be negotiated with XDnet and are given at XDnet's sole discretion - Refunds are NOT guaranteed.
