Welcome pack includes:

- Full printed Terms of Service*

- First Invoice

- Full Account details, with all information about the services provided by XDnet.

- Information of how to get in contact if you need help.

* Terms of Service are subject to change, therefore you should check for changes and updates every now and then to ensure no future disputes, usually clients are informed of Terms of Service changes via email.

There is a small charge for Welcome Packs of £2.50* to cover postage, admin and printing costs.

*Price dependant on UK delivery (excluding the channel islands) overseas clients should contact support for cost of delivery to their country.
